Arthur Mutual offers customers the convenience of automatic bank drafts to pay their monthly bill. If you are an authorized person on your Arthur Mutual Telephone account, you may enroll by completing the authorization form below, and including either a voided check or a deposit slip that clearly shows your account and routing numbers.

Your full balance due will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the 15th of each month (or the next business day). This draft will continue each month until you submit a written request to cancel. Please note that only individuals named on both the telephone and bank accounts are eligible to request automatic bank draft enrollment.
